Se le pidi\u00f3 a Direct Energy, un socio de Exhibition Place, que revisara el proyecto inicial y proporcionara recomendaciones para lograr los mismos objetivos para el Edificio Queen Elizabeth, utilizando un proyecto diferente.<\/p>\n<p>Las opciones se revisaron de acuerdo con varios factores espec\u00edficos, incluido el sistema mec\u00e1nico, el rendimiento energ\u00e9tico y el costo. La propuesta de Direct Energy result\u00f3 en un sistema mec\u00e1nico m\u00e1s barato con menores costos anuales de mantenimiento y mejor eficiencia energ\u00e9tica en comparaci\u00f3n con la propuesta de dise\u00f1o inicial.[\/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;La soluci\u00f3n&#8221; font_container=&#8221;tag:h2|font_size:30|text_align:left&#8221; use_theme_fonts=&#8221;yes&#8221;][vc_column_text]El proyecto de Direct Energy incluy\u00f3 un nuevo enfriador, una nueva caldera, un nuevo sistema de automatizaci\u00f3n de edificios y la renovaci\u00f3n y renovaci\u00f3n de los sistemas de tratamiento de aire.<\/p>\n<p>En la\u00a0 sala de enfriadores se instal\u00f3 un nuevo enfriador compacto fatmax smardt de velocidad variable, sin aceite y 180 TR. El espacio adicional ganado en la sala mec\u00e1nica, debido al uso de un\u00a0 enfriador compacto, permiti\u00f3 la instalaci\u00f3n de nuevas calderas de agua caliente de alta eficiencia.<br \/>\nSe ha instalado un sistema de automatizaci\u00f3n de edificios (BAS) Invensys de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n para\u00a0 controlar las unidades de refrigeraci\u00f3n, calefacci\u00f3n y tratamiento de aire. Este sistema se integra con otras tecnolog\u00edas BAS del edificio. Tambi\u00e9n es eficiente en el tiempo porque el sistema permite a los operadores de edificios resolver problemas de manera m\u00e1s efectiva, monitorear proactivamente las condiciones del espacio y registrar tendencias.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;La soluci\u00f3n propuesta por Direct Energy fue muy bien recibida por Exhibition Place cuando pensamos que no hab\u00eda m\u00e1s opciones&#8221;, dice Dianne Young, CEO de Exhibition Place. &#8220;Una vez m\u00e1s, celebramos la asociaci\u00f3n muy positiva que existe entre Exhibition Place y Direct Energy&#8221;.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner column_padding=&#8221;no-extra-padding&#8221;
