Reliability for flexographic printing

Modern flexographic prints on plastic films in up to 12 colors. To ensure print quality, the temperature of the central drum needs to be maintained at 30°C accurately. On the other hand, to ensure high film coiling speeds, it is recommended to keep the cooling calanders at about 15°C. The Flexo thermochiller was developed to meet this need with two independent water flows in a single equipment. This equipment is manufactured only in the version with air condensation.
